Terms of Use

The site is operated by QuantumX Globalcomm FZ LLC ("QXG Trading", "we"), a free-zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to every visitor and to every commercial inquiry submitted through the form.

This site is informational. Product pages describe commodities we are willing to supply, including specifications, available Incoterms, and origin details. Information is provided in good faith, but specifications, lead times, and prices are subject to confirmation per shipment.

Inquiries you submit, and any preliminary quotations we send in response, are non-binding pre-contract communications. A binding sale is created only when both parties sign a separate written sales contract or pro-forma invoice that explicitly references the inquiry. Until then, either party may revise its position or withdraw.

All content on this site — text, photography, product imagery, logo, and brand marks — is owned by QuantumX Globalcomm FZ LLC or licensed to us. You may quote short extracts with attribution. You may not redistribute, reproduce, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

You agree not to use the site for any of the following:

• Automated content scraping at scale, beyond reasonable crawling via the public sitemap.
• Attempts to bypass security measures or rate limits.
• Transmission of malware or harmful content.
• Impersonating a third party or submitting fraudulent inquiries.

The site embeds an interactive map widget and may link to documents, certificates, or partner sites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third parties.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information presented is current at the moment you read it. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability arising from your use of the site — separate from any signed sales contract — is limited to direct damages and capped at AED 1,000.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes arising out of any signed sales contract are governed by the dispute-resolution clause in that contract, not these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the version in force, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
